This Is Hell is a band from Long Island, New York. I met them on their first tour of California, and a few months later they needed artwork for their debut record. Using photos I'd taken near Ground Zero in New York City, I created a graphic that spoke to their album's tragic themes of love and loss which often are communicated using metaphors of warfare.
