Gloom River is a record about depression, the frustration of being misunderstood and drunkenness. Using photographs taken by Walter Yetman at Ireland's 32 in San Francisco, I created an album cover that appeared to be aged and waterlogged, like some relic of a sad story long forgotten by time.
